Tony Labrusca: Millennial Adonis

Newbie hunk Tony Labrusca is your millennial Adonis.

He’s a buff indeed—toned physique, well-shaped abs etc.

Tony has achieved it in a training that comes with habit, discipline, right attitude, nice outlook in life. He really started it young.

Aside from doing television and film, Labrusca is committed to engage in workouts and to eat a balanced diet. His favorite oxygen-inducing drink is a popular tea sip that keeps him refreshed all day, according to his Instagram.

Bodybuilding is Labrusca’s passion and he welcomes every bit of its run through no matter how rigorous it might be. Athletics is his other world.

Just recently, he joined a marathon race for the first time. In his posts, he declared: “I conquered! 7k race 20 obstacles. First time doing this kind of run (sic) and it was pretty cool.”

After this, he indulged in another run—the Spartan Race. His thoughts on this: “What a crazy experience. I’m so humbled to have been able to participate in my very first spartan race.”

There was an adjustment, of course. “When I first started training I don’t think people around me really understood why I was training lol. But I was really determined. I wanted focus and drive in my life and I found that by being a spartan. The first times I trained felt like hell, it was always a mental and physical battle that left me beat up.”

Despite this, he wasn’t a quitter. “Training to be a Spartan was honestly one of the hardest, most grueling things I’ve ever done and it’s true. When you work hard enough for something, you really can accomplish amazing things. Even if it took going to the gym twice a day or going when I felt lazy and tired I had to get it done because I had a goal and I wasn’t going to give up till I crossed that finish.”

Tony thanked his team although he was individually trained. “I wouldn’t have made it if it wasn’t for my amazing coach who kicked my ass every single time at the gym,” he smiled and thanked especially Coach Cegiehd. “Thank you for believing in me.”

“And of course to the Spartan fam all of y’all were so encouraging! And most of all to God. I give it all up to You,” he said.

Tony’s physical attributes made an upper hand in his acting career. In an incoming film on a gymnast, he could bank on the shape of his body. In the 2018 Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival, Labrusca is given a major part in Benedicto Mique, Jr.’s “ML” about the horrors of Martial Law.
